1. General
The marque Sac & Ressac belongs to the company Chrysalide / Anne Marine Sellerie. Use of the site Sac & Ressac is governed by these Terms of Sale. Any user of the site acknowledges these conditions and to have accepted before confirming the order.
2 – Registration / Privacy
Registration on the site Bag & Surf is open to persons legally capable of entering into contracts under French law. During registration, the user acknowledges having read and accepted the general sales conditions. A registration will be valid if it includes: Name, mailing and electronic. The telephone number is optional but highly recommended. The information given by the customer will be kept confidential to the company Chrysalide / Anne Marine Sellerie. Any buyer is free to make corrections or removal of personal information under the Data Protection Act 78-17 of 6 January 1978.
3 – Price
Prices include tax in euros, excluding postage. The latter being indexed by destination France, Europe or the World.
4 – Payments
Payments are made to order by bank transfer, credit card, Visa, Mastercard or Paypal.

6 -Quality
Sac & Ressac creations are made with great care and participate in the recycling of materials. The fabrics used sailed and may therefore present some rust, black spots or wrinkles. These representative features of recycled sails can not be considered defects. The products presented by display on the virtual store are in line with products shipped in orders. However, the colors may be slightly different due to the setting of the computer screen. Parts made are unique, some small differences can appear in color and appearance.
7 – Return / Exchange
If an item does not fit, it can be returned in its original packaging and in original condition within 14 days of receipt of the order. And having filed a return or exchange at: contact @ sacetressac.com within 14 days from date of receipt of the goods. Once the exchange or return of the products approved by the Sac & Ressac and returns must be made within 7 days. The return costs are borne by the customer. The return of the goods Sac & Ressac will proceed with the exchange or refund by bank transfer.
8 – Disputes
The court in Quimper (29) will have jurisdiction over any disputes that may constitute between clients and Chrysalide / Anne Marine Sellerie
9 – Intellectual Property
Sac & Ressac is a registered trademark with the INPI. Any reproduction and / or copying are strictly prohibited.
10 – Force Majeure Event
Sac & Ressac can not be held responsible for any breach of the obligations due under these terms of sale with due facts beyond our control and / or resulting from a case of force majeure. These force majeure include, besides the recognized cases of jurisprudence, all natural disasters, fire, floods, strikes and all site functionality issues that prevent good communication.
